Scarborough: Sawyer Street, between Spurwink Road and into Cape ElizabethOcean Avenue will be closed at Spurwink RoadBlack Point Road will be closed at the Black Point InnEastern at Heather to CircleBayview at Ocean Avenue closed at InnPine Point Road at ClambakeEast Grand Avenue at Old Orchard Line Residents will be able to access these roads, but police officers will be on duty to make sure the closures remain.Long Beach Avenue in the town of York will be closed from Nubble Road to Eureka Avenue. This roadway will stay closed until any storm cleanup is done.In Woolwich, officials may close part of Route 1 in the area of the Construction Zone around lunch time. This area will be monitored for incoming tide and motorist should be prepared to detour as Route 1 will likely flood. In Portland, Somerset Street is closed. Officials in Portland are advising people to stay off the roadways until the storm surge has passed."We are in the process of listing all of the closures, but there are too many too list."Officials are asking people to avoid coastal areas.This story will be updated as more closures come in.
