There is now a multi-vehicle accident on southbound Route 15 in New Haven between Exits 60 and 59.
The left lane is closed.

The lanes are closed to allow crews to clean up after a vehicle fire.
There is more than four miles of congestion stretching back to Milford.

All northbound lanes on the Merritt Parkway in Greenwich have reopened.
The truck has been taken off the parkway.
On I-95 in West Haven, the left and center lanes remain closed from an earlier vehicle fire.
Northbound travel time between the Milford connector and New Haven is ... 96 minutes.
With accidents and lane closures the 10-mile drive would take a dozen minutes.
EARLIER STORY
A jack-knifed tractor tractor has closed the northbound Merritt Parkway in Greenwich on Friday morning.
The accident has closed the the northbound lanes between Exits 29 and 31.
Trucks are not allowed on the Merritt.
State Police at Troop G in Bridgeport said the truck driver attempted to turn the vehicle around and became jacknifed.
Troopers said the truck did not strike a bridge.
State Police expect to have the scene cleared around 7:45 a.m.
No word when the lanes will reopen.
State Police also say that I-95 north in West Haven was shut down between Exits 41 and 42 because of motor vehicle accident and fire.
At 7:37 a.m., one lane was reopened. The lanes were closed to allow firefighter to extinguish the vehicle fire.
No serious injuries were reported.
A burned vehicle has been placed onflatbed truck was preparing to haul it away.
Clean-up crews were also working at the site.
I-95 north is congested more than four miles with speeds in the single numbers.
At 7:40 a.m., it was taking 86 minutes to travel 10 miles from the Milford connector to I-91 north in New Haven.
