Flying the coop: Iconic statue of Pilgrim’s Pride founder’s head to be dismantled, returned to family - KLTV

On March 4, Pilgrim’s announced through JBS Processing that the family of the late Bo Pilgrim has requested the landmark “Bo Head” statue be returned to them. The statue, which is located at the Walker Creek office building on Hwy 271 North in Pittsburg, is 37′ tall. It sits atop a pavilion with benches underneath.
